Crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside — Parippu Vada is one of Kerala’s all-time favorite tea-time snacks. Made with coarsely ground chana dal (kadala parippu), onions, curry leaves, and a touch of spice, these golden fritters are the perfect companion to a hot cup of chai on a rainy evening.
